It almost goes without saying that vignerons/winemakers work in isolation almost daily, however with the rising popularity of modern/conventional wine over the past 50 years, urban wineries (in the last ten), and wine fairs, in this episode, we’ll revert back to producers working remotely to craft a most terroir-driven wine/cider.
